Sue RDH, CDA
Sue is another of our gifted dental hygienists and became part ot the practice in 2007 when we merged with Dr. Arnold Pellegrini's office. She had such a positive experience while attaining her Certification in Dental Assisting from Briarwood College that she knew the dental field was a career for life. This prompted her to go on to Westbrook College in Portland, ME where she received her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. Sue recently attained her certification in local anesthesia and is ready to provide you with painless anesthesia if you need it for dental hygiene procedures. Sue resides in Plainville with her husband of 32 years Patrick and her two sons, Patrick Jr and Paul. Although her two boys are Sue's greatest achievement, she is happy they are now wonderful independent young men, because this gives her some free time to pursue her personal interests. She recently has joined a gym and is determined to stay healthy and fit. Sue and her family just spent their 30th summer vacation on Cape Cod. She recently began to explore Martha's Vineyard and is quickly falling in love with its charm and tranquility.
Amanda joined Advanced Dentistry in July 2012. She attended Cheshire High School and Central CT State University where she decided to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. She received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Tunxis Community College in 2011. Amanda enjoys rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, skiing, traveling, hiking and cycling. When she is not busy with all of those activities she plays a mean game of cribbage winning most hands by out pegging her opponents. Her greatest achievement so far is flying a stunt plane in New Zealand.
